African Positive Outlook (APO) is a registered charity established in 1999 to provide information and advice for the people of African descent living in the United Kingdom and Africa. Our offices are based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey.
Our main aim is to promote the health and wellbeing of african people. However we have recently been registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as an agency that provides home care services to older people in their own homes.
